SKSE plugin mods must be explicitly compatible with the installed versions of SkyrimSE.exe and SKSE. Incompatible DLLs will cause unexpected behaviour and CTD. Completely uninstall your current HDT mod and use Faster HDT-SMP instead. Make sure you are installing the correct version in the FOMod installer. It is a well known problem with the mod "FSMP - Faster HDT-SMP" Basically there is no fix right now other than downgrading to an older version like 1.41 or 1.43. Theres some mod that grants spells to switch people between smp and cbpc. Maybe it comes with cbbe-3ba?to '30', 30% of those frames is being consumed by Faster HDT-SMP to calculate physics.
